    "content": " Hon. Senators, we have to make progress. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 232(1) the Petition is hereby committed to the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation. In terms of Standing Order 232, the Committee is required in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading the prayer to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate. I thank you. For the convenience of the House, I want to rearrange the Order Paper so that we go to Orders No.8, 9, 10, 11 up to 12 and then come back to Statements under Order No. 7."
