Cheruiyot is saying and he has mentioned that he would want to hear my comments, the example he has used is not accurate. The Expressway of Nairobi, which is going to serve a big part of the transport corridor, not a shilling from the taxpayer is being used. It is a public–private partnership (PPP) project. Therefore, the Kshs60 billion is being sourced by the contractor and probably that is why they are hurrying because they want to finish and start levying tolls."
