    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. In the morning, the Speaker gave a directive that there will be no physical meetings. What has informed this amendment is not to challenge that directive. The Speaker and I are very good friends and we share many beliefs. Therefore, it would be unheard of for me to have or to even countenance trying to negate the Speaker’s decision. This amendment is intended to assist the Speaker. The Speaker, perhaps, did not take into consideration the fact that after we pass this Motion, there will be a long queue of Members going to the Speaker's office trying to discuss it with the Speaker. There will also be other people, external to this House, calling the Speaker to other places where he was called to, telling him not to allow Members to meet. This amendment is seeking to inform any person who may want to interfere with the Speaker or us that, the House has resolved, and it is a House of responsible Members that, where absolutely necessary, it will have physical meetings."
