    "content": "I would like to say something about this whole issue. We have been told about the powers and privileges of our House and there is no doubt. However, these are not normal times. We cannot be talking about the powers, privileges, autonomy and everything else when these are not normal times. These are times of pandemic. Therefore, measures should be taken. What His Excellency proposed and encouraged Parliament to do is not in any way unconstitutional, given the dire circumstances."
