    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would like to support this Motion as amended. We all know that COVID- 19 is real, and the effects of the third wave are being felt, especially in the identified five counties. We have to assist the President in ensuring that the lives of Kenyans are preserved, and actions are taken. As has been said, the Executive is still performing its duties so as a Legislature, we still have to perform ours to oversight them. In the first wave when we suspended our sittings, things such as the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) Scandal took place."
