    "content": "When one million doses of the vaccine were brought, we thought they would be over in less than one month. However, people are approaching it with a lot of caution. We encourage people that vaccination is important because without vaccination, very many people will die. Counties that have received the vaccine should vaccinate people. We also encourage the Government to consider the needy and vulnerable people in the five counties so that they are vaccinated."
