    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I take the opportunity to thank Members for their contributions on this Motion in its amended version. For clarification and to ensure that there is no contradiction in the thoughts and minds of Kenyans, those who watched and followed; there is passion by Members of this House to have a say on how the lives of their people will be cared for in this trying and tough times of COVID- 19. For example, the amendment brought about by Sen. (Dr.) Ochillo-Ayacko and supported by all Members of both sides of the House is evidence that Members are passionate about the lives of Kenyans whom they represent. Madam Temporary Speaker, for avoidance of doubt, it is important to put it on record that indeed the only people who have a direct mandate on the question and say of how the health and lives of our people would be are elected Members. Indeed Members of this House fall in that category."
