    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for Sen. Olekina, if I heard him correctly, to isolate one region by saying that all development is going to Central Kenya? He should substantiate because it is a serious allegation. We would not want Kenyans to believe that only one region is benefitting from Government development. I wish he would give us the necessary facts and figures so that we do not have rumour mongering in the country."
