    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I know that our security organs are not comfortable for the Act to be repealed. We had an occasion to discuss with them and they are not comfortable. I would like to tell them that those officers who, in their wisdom, did what they did against fellow Kenyans when they knew that the Constitution does not allow them to do so, must face the law. They did so in their own foolishness knowing very well that they were supposed to protect those Kenyans. Those officers must face the law. Even if they do not face the law of Kenya, I know they will face the law of God. One day, they will appear before God to answer for what they did against fellow citizens. They did not have to do so."
