Initially when this matter came up when the President spoke to the nation, as the Head of State, he could request the nation to go a particular way, but I was concerned by the communication that came from the Office of the President. I think we need to advise those who are in charge of communications in the Office of the President that they should be very careful especially when they are dealing with matters that touch on other arms of Government. You cannot put out a communication that the President is suspending sittings of Parliament. We left that regime long time ago.
