    "content": "As I say this, I would like to agree with the other colleagues who said earlier that we need to care about businesses that have been lost in this country. We need to care about our people who feed from the work they do every day. It is important for the concerned committees to consider them. I do not know whether the Budget and Appropriations Committee is working on a second Supplementary Budget. We also have the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning or whichever committee that is concerned. There are people in this country who are unable to feed their children. We, as a House, need to think about them and handle this matter. We have many people who are infected. We have seen deaths in our constituencies and counties. Unfortunately, we may not link all of them directly to COVID-19 because some of them have not been tested."
