    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I rise to support the Motion. I must appreciate that you made a correction on the President’s Order. You noticed that there are some officers who do not respect liberal or technical issues which is very important. When we had a committee meeting today, I noted that some officers were not very clear on technical issues in giving direction on what should be done and what should not be done. That cannot be allowed in a pandemic."
