They have invested in observation of the COVID-19 health protocols only for them to be locked down as a result of what is happening. We are not being fair to those industries. A case in point is the people who have taken loans to purchase matatu vehicles to participate in the public transport business. Their vehicles operate between Eldoret and Busia to Nairobi. You are now telling them not to come to Nairobi because of Corona. As people lose jobs, we are going to create other diseases other than the corona virus, which will eventually kill more people through stress and heart attacks. In the process, we create more diseases. Let us be fair as we deal with our issues and the issue of Corona moving forward."
