    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my colleague, Mr. Wetangula talked about land law reform. Nobody remembers to amend the laws such as these ones. We only amend laws that give power to the people. People want to be prime ministers or presidents. Nobody remembers the very laws that violate the rights of human beings in this country as though they are not important. This law is illegal, discriminatory, uncalled for and should have been repealed yesterday. Now that we have the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC), we want people to come out and talk about crimes committed against humanity. It is impossible to talk about those things that happened from 1963 to date. Most of the things are being covered by this Act. So, I appeal to hon. Members to pass this Bill so that the law is repealed."
