    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I would like to remind Hon. Members that the Speaker is a wise man. No wonder you were given the opportunity to lead Mt. Kenya. I thank you for the very wise issues that you have raised. Kenyans can see. Sometimes, people think that Parliament is just a place that takes instructions. You have always reminded us that we follow procedures and the rule of law. That is what you have exhibited today. I thank you very much. Secondly, I would like to talk about the decision that the President took. It is not that easy for any President to take that kind of decision. We are fond of taking populist decisions as Kenyans. Sometimes, they hurt the very same people that you are leading. I thank the President for taking such a brave decision. He considered the lives of people. As Hon.
