You arrest an innocent person who is not infected with corona virus and then you bring him into a crowd in a cell, but there is no judgement that will be made on that material day. This ends up putting those people in very risky areas. We ask the Inspector-General of Police to give instructions on how police officers should enforce COVID-19 protocols. It is good to enforce them. However, they must have positive effect instead of what they are doing."
