    "content": "The most important point in the Motion is the fourth one on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2020, which is promoted by the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI). It has given us a direction. A lot has been invested in the BBI. We did not leave the Bill in abeyance. I want to thank you for your wise decision when the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs rose last week seeking for an extension of some days, but you gave a direction which should be followed. We cannot invest so much in the BBI and then leave it like that to die because of some issues."
