    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. Indeed, it is a very weighty matter and you can see the interest that Members have developed over this. I am also one of the Members who was very concerned when I heard the President giving directives to suspend Parliament, and I am happy that you have given a direction on that. However, what has shocked me is that you gave a piece of advice and it seems like your advice was ignored. I pray that those who ignored your advice now know that this Parliament cannot be directed by anybody, but only by itself on how it does its business. When we continue having these lockdowns, it is now time that we, Members of Parliament, need to start thinking of a legislation on lockdown so that we have clear procedures on what entails a lockdown as well as its period. That is because, right now, we have an indefinite lockdown. It was said: “Until further notice.” What does “further notice” mean?
