    "content": "I want to inform the House that every arm had a request extended to them, including the religious community and, therefore, since they were represented, they all agreed to do that and will share their feedback which will be incorporated. Gikaria was alluding earlier on, even if the people are arrested and found to have flouted the regulations, it was encouraged - and not directed - that they consider extra mural penal employment whereby, if Hon.
