    "content": "As I support, I want to conclude by saying that Kenyans have a lot of capacity. In my county of Siaya, as a result of public-private partnership (PPP), we have a plant producing oxygen. This is a critical drug, not just with regard to how we deal with COVID-19, but also with pneumonia in children. Therefore, I feel as Hon. Members we need to ensure we push the Government and our scientists to engage. Also, we will spend time in committees getting reports and communicating effectively with the people.
