    "content": "Under Section 3 of our Constitution, it says that if any other law is inconsistent with this Constitution, then this Constitution shall prevail and the other law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void. Therefore, as we are speaking about this Act of Parliament, it is not only unconstitutional, but also void. So, we must strike it out from our statute books so that it should never be seen by our children or our grand children to know that as a country, we have had this particular provision in our statutes for all this time."
