I take this opportunity, on my behalf, and on behalf of the people of Kiambu County and Members of the Jubilee Party, to congratulate and welcome the newly elected Senator for Garissa, Sen. Haji Abdulkadir. He is a young energetic man who has won the confidence of the people of Garissa and the country. He has come into this Chamber with a track record.
