"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity you have given me and the people of Machakos who elected me to represent them in the Senate to congratulate and welcome Sen. Abdulkadir Mohamed Haji. I was really looking forward to meeting and also working with him because I worked with his father in the BBI Task Force. He was our Chairman of the Steering Committee. He was such a jovial man and a man of the people. Even when moods were not good, he made a joke that everybody laughed and continued working."
