They should ensure that people get value for money. As we talk of division of revenue, we should also encourage the counties to give subsidies and other farm inputs to the farmers. It is now raining in the North Rift yet we have not seen subsidized fertilizers. To avoid inflation, the farmers from the North Rift region, which is one of our food baskets, should be given subsidies and farm inputs by the national Government and county governments. I support the Report and the amendments that have been proposed by the Committee."
