    "content": "The other comment I would like to make is about the public debt. It is our nature as Kenyans to complain about public debt and additional taxation but we want water and electricity among other things. This time round, we should congratulate our Cabinet Secretary for Finance. Despite the depression the whole world is facing, Kenya’s economy grew by 0.6 per cent. The other thing that I want the attention of the Senators because my time is limited is that there is a big problem with Early Childhood and Development Education (ECDE) in the counties.
