    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It is very challenging to be on this side of the Chamber, but I totally agree with the contributions of Sen. Linturi and Sen. Khaniri. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for us to make important contributions to the changes in our Constitution. The country is following. The whole nation is at a standstill; they want to know what the Senate will say about this very important subject. I do not think we should treat this process like the other processes we have had. Every Senator will use the 20 minutes that we have to give more contributions, for posterity. Therefore---"
