We are following very closely and it would have been good for us to hear the dissenting opinion, before the debate now fully opens to Members. It is because of this issue of what is constitutional or unconstitutional. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am begging if it is possible for us to hear the dissenting view of the minority report as well."
