I find it a little bit suspicious that on 17th Mr. James Ochieng booked himself in the hotel and on the two nights including 18th, he never slept in the hotel and the hotel went to report to the police station. Did he owe the hotel some amounts or does failing to sleep in the room amount to a police case, unless these people are suspects? Why would they go to report if somebody has not slept in their hotel?"
