    "content": "In unifying the country and for inclusivity, the Bill is creating the Office of the Prime Minister and his two deputies. It is also creating the position of the Leader of Official Opposition. In any democracy, you need a robust opposition that will put the Government to check so that they provide proper checks and balances. Therefore, I think these two inclusions of the creation of the Office of the Prime Minister and his deputies, and the creation of the position of the Leader of Official Opposition will not only provide checks and balances, but it will also ensure that there is inclusivity in the overall Government."
