If you grant one arm of Government the power to lord it over and determine the fate of the rest, they will completely wound the rest of the institutions just like has happened to Parliament. We should not take advantage of ignorant Kenyans like Atwoli. Help them understand what this amendment Bill is doing because it is granting the President power to nominate seven commissioners to the SRC. What are you saying to the rest?"
