    "content": "I wish to reiterate that the Ministry is very keen in ensuring that the completion date of all projects is strictly adhered to. We have projects that were meant to be completed two or three years ago, but they are still going on. Before the Ministry awards any contract, we look at what the contractor has done in previous contracts. If they were not able to finish on time, that would work against the possibility of getting any future contracts with the Government."
