    "content": "The issue of the Judiciary has been ably canvassed by legal scholars in this House, including the Co-Chair, Sen. Omogeni. There exists a procedure to discipline judges in the Judiciary. That procedure is clearly stated in the Constitution. It includes the appointment of a tribunal when it comes to removal of a judge from office for whatever reason."
