    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, some technical issues have come up. From Sen. Omogeni’s Report, there are mix up of certain clauses. The Senate has to find a way to identify these areas. For example, in Clause 13(b), Clause 3 does not exist and the clause referred to is Clause 2 which is from the National Assembly. At the same time also from the Senate draft, we are referring to Clause 87(7), whereas it should be 89(7). These are basic issues that need to be ironed out."
