However, after reading critically, I realised these are sweeteners meant to attract the attention of the youth. It is meant to win them that this is a wonderful document that will transform their lives. However, university graduates who have are employed and can enjoy these privileges, are very few vis-a-vis the number of youth suffering in this country. I would have expected a robust structure that would have helped a greater percentage of youth in this country."
