    "content": "We are at a crossroads. The Committee has done a good job of highlighting all the issues. However, as we are told our hands are tied and that our role is ceremonial. Again, the argument is that, our role is not ceremonial because we represent the people. You cannot knowingly pass something bad to the people and ask them to just do it. I think we are just assigning ourselves something unnecessary."
