Once the lines are completed, because they are funded by the Government, the KPLC takes them over by providing services to customers. Therefore, all those lines will belong to the KPLC. The same applies to Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. KETRACO, which is in charge of building the transmission lines."
