    "content": "So based on that, and the many presentations we received from the Media Council, the IEBC and other stakeholders in the industry, I underscore that the Committee found that there existed prima facie on the face of it grounds for the removal. I repeat that the Committee did not make a finding of guilt or of culpability. This has been remitted to the tribunal for purposes of determining the merits of the case."
