    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. As you had rightfully put it, you do not have a vote as a Speaker. So, referring it to the relevant Committee is very important. To the Committee, ever since I came to this House, I have never seen such a petty and malicious Report that was not well thought-out. In my view, they did not do their ground work well because being a member of a board is not doing full employment. There are many parastatals. I was once a Chairman of a State corporation and we had members of that Board who were Principal Secretaries (PSs) from Ministries.
