Osotsi proposed that we recommend that the CS Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Innovation and Youth Affairs form a mediation committee to resolve this issue. However, the law does not provide for that and, therefore, we made our recommendation as per the law. I want to inform the House that the Committee met Tabitha together with her lawyer on 3rd March and several other stakeholders.
