    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support the Motion for two reasons. First, the Senate has done a good job. The Budget and Appropriations Committee has also scrutinised the work that the Senate did. More importantly is that, for once, we have avoided the delays that come from our disagreements. Hon. Speaker, why is it that every time when we are doing the Division of Revenue Bill, an issue comes up? Even this time, the formula was a big problem. Hon. Speaker, I have said this before and I would like the Hon. Leader of the Majority Party to hear it and, definitely, the Chairman of the BAC."
