If he really believes that the money is intact, why does he want to wait until 2010/2011 to retender? Why can he not do it today or even tomorrow? I need an assurance from the Assistant Minister that not only will the tender be awarded in the 2010/2011 Financial Year, but there will also be a budgetary allocation for this amount in the Budget for 2010/2011."
