    "content": "As I support Fatuma, I hope it is not the individual we are talking about, but the whole system that is not taking place. I come from a background that promised school children laptops. When some of us at the time asked if we were sure we could deliver the laptops, eight years down the line, there are no laptops because schools have no electricity and no classrooms. There are no teachers. So, how do we take a laptop or an electrical gadget to such schools?"
