    "content": "I do not want to talk about the Judiciary. The ombudsman is supposed to enhance accountability to the people. As we protect the independence and integrity of the Judiciary, there is also need to call for accountability. The Judiciary also needs to be accountable for some of their actions to the Kenyans. The Constitution talks about the sovereignty of the people. It does not say that the Judiciary is sovereign and other arms of Government are not. People are sovereign. All arms of Government like the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary must be accountable to the people. We must find a formula. If this is not the formula, then which is it?"
