    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion- That, notwithstanding the provisions of the Standing Order No. 106(4), pursuant to Standing Order No. 106(1), the Senate resolves that each Senator shall be limited to speak for not more than 10 minutes on the Motion on Order No.3 in the Order Paper provided that the Mover, the Senate Minority Leader and the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and Human Rights shall speak for not more than 30 minutes."
