    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the other part of the Constitution, which has been touched, and will be amended by this Amendment Bill is the Third Schedule of the Constitution on National Oaths and Affirmations. Clause 72 of the Bill proposes to amend the Third Schedule to include the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister as State officers, who should take an oath or make a solemn affirmation as described in that particular Schedule."
