    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I just want to expound on what Sen. Wetangula has said. Most of us are interacting with this Report for the first time. That is why we are keenly listening because we are the representatives of the people. If we interact with the Report as it is being presented, we are doing it so because we want to understand it more. If we wait for the Chairperson to finish and then we interact with it, we might be left out. So, give us time, if possible to interact with it as we continue so that we get its contents. Some of us do not have a legal background as has been said. We want to learn more so that we do something to enable a change to the Constitution."
