So, what are the inconsistencies that we are hearing? Is it not in order that we just listen to the report of the Co-Chairs, of course, with the understanding that even if it is unconstitutional, we have nothing to do? He is just highlighting what then cannot be done by this Parliament. In that case, the promoters of this Bill say that it is a constitutional consensus. Now, this is a cocktail. If you take a cocktail of juice from different fruits, it is sweet, yes, but you will find some lump. You cannot say the juice is not sweet."
