    "content": "Lastly, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, I know that the issue of the minimum 35 per cent going to the counties has been spoken about. It is enshrined in this Bill. Truth be told, some counties in this country have felt alienated from the centre and, therefore, any additional resources to counties is a blessing. We must embrace this constitutional amendment because as the country grows in shared prosperity, the 35 per cent, which is a minimum, will continue to grow. Therefore, every part of this country will feel the growth and prosperity of our nation."
