    "content": "As it has been indicated, this is a critical moment where I am particularly honoured to be a Member of the 12th Parliament after being nominated by the Orange Democratic Movement. I was nominated under the auspices of ensuring that we get the voice of those who are perceived to be marginalised. I know I am speaking to my colleagues in Parliament. I also know that as I talk, Kenyans are listening. Yesterday, we got a chance to honour a very respected Member of this Parliament who was the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security."
