"content": "As I make my presentation here today, I would like to draw the attention of all Members of Parliament who acknowledged and honoured a great leader, politician and parliamentarian yesterday, to the fact that he put Kenya first. He had the sense to not only respect those with different opinions, but also to work with. I start by reminding all of us that when we are here, we are mortal beings. We are here for a while and we do not get the opportunity such that we have to be Members of Parliament at a critical constitutional moment to make a difference for no reason.
